Refunds + Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sniperbladeworks.com and include the following information:
the purchaser's name, address, and phone number
the order number
your reason for returning or exchanging
If you received your item as a gift, please include any information you have (order number, purchaser's name or email address) and we will make sure you are taken care of.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping on all refund returns. Items missing any parts or accessories, with blemishes from use, or not returned in their complete original packaging will not be refunded (or will be subject to restocking and/or replacement fees). Items that have been modified will not be refunded. Returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the return address. A refund will be issued once we receive the returned items (normally within 7 business days). Refunds do not include any shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less any shipping fees as well as any restocking and/or replacement fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
